  • Order confirmation, adjustments, quality inspection, and packaging.

Delivery Time (Approx. 6–10 business days)

  • Time needed for your package to travel from our international shipping center to your delivery address.

Estimated delivery times for key destinations:

  • USA / Canada / Australia: 6–10 business days.

During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day):

  • USA / Canada / Australia: 10–15 business days.

📌 Please note: Shipping times do not include possible delays due to customs or local duties. Delivery times may also be longer during peak holiday seasons.

  • Insured Delivery: Included with all orders for extra security


Shipping Insurance Policy

We want every nurse and healthcare professional to receive their shoes safely. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance with all orders.

Policy Details

  • Coverage: Insurance covers loss, theft, or damage during transit, up to the value declared at purchase.

  • Non-Refundable: Once purchased, shipping insurance cannot be refunded.

  • Claims: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact our customer service within:

    • 7 days for damaged goods (with photos and proof of value)

    • 14 days for lost items

  • Exclusions: Shipping insurance does not cover delays, indirect losses, or pre-existing damages.
