At Vital Reliefwear, we’re committed to delivering reliable footwear to professionals who spend long days on their feet — wherever they work. Whether you’re behind the chair in a busy salon or working long hours on hard floors, we make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely.


Delivery Timeframes

Our shipping process consists of two stages:

Processing Time (24–48 hours)

Order confirmation, any necessary adjustments, quality inspection, and secure packaging.

Delivery Time (Approx. 6–10 business days)

Time needed for your package to travel from our international shipping center to your delivery address.

Estimated delivery times for key destinations:

  • USA / Canada / Australia: 6–10 business days

During peak seasons

(e.g. Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day):

  • USA / Canada / Australia: 10–15 business days

📌 Please note: Delivery times do not include potential delays caused by customs clearance or local duties. Shipping timelines may also be longer during peak holiday periods.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping (with tracking): Free

  • Insured Delivery: Included with all orders for added security


Shipping Insurance Policy

We want every order to arrive safely. For added peace of mind, all shipments include shipping insurance.

Policy Details

  • Coverage: Insurance covers loss, theft, or damage during transit, up to the declared purchase value

  • Non-refundable: Shipping insurance cannot be refunded once purchased

  • Claims: Please contact customer support within:

    • 7 days for damaged items (photos and proof of value required)

    • 14 days for lost packages

  • Exclusions: Insurance does not cover delivery delays, indirect losses, or pre-existing damage

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package in real time.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Processing and packaging begin immediately after the order is received.
