We want you to feel fully supported with every step you take. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund process below.

Common Return Reasons and Solutions

Arrived Late
If your order arrives later than the promised delivery time (21 days), you are eligible for an $8 refund as compensation.

Defective / Quality Issues
If your shoes are defective or have a quality issue, we will send you a replacement pair free of charge.

Doesn’t Fit (Wrong Size or Color)
You may return or exchange the product. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Changed Your Mind
If you no longer want the item, you may return or exchange it. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong or a missing item, you can return it and we’ll cover the return shipping fee. A replacement will be sent free of charge.

Parcel Damaged on Arrival
If your package arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement pair free of charge.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible.

If your issue does not fall under the categories above, please contact us directly and we’ll work with you to find a solution.


How to Return Your Order

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at support@vitalreliefwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Approval & Return Address
    Our customer service team will confirm if your return is accepted and share the correct return address. (Please note: if you do not ship the return within 14 days of approval, the request will be canceled.)

  3. Prepare Your Return
    Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and materials.

  4. Ship the Return
    Send the package to the return address provided and share the tracking number with our team.

  5. Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days using the original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Pre-ordered products

  • Used items or items not in original condition

  • Promotional sale items (including BOGO offers). These can be returned, but are limited to a maximum of 3 items.


Products Damaged on Arrival

If your product was damaged during delivery:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item on a flat surface, with the defect and label visible.

  • Email the photos and a short description of the issue to support@vitalreliefwear.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • We will send a replacement free of charge. If a second defect occurs, we will issue a full refund.
